把鞋带系在里面的系法：
一、十字交叉结
1、一端在内侧打结，另外一端按照顺序穿孔；
2、跳一个孔穿进去；
3、按照相同的方法系下去；
4、反复之后，剩下的鞋带塞到内侧打结处理；
5、紫色鞋带也按照相同的方法，按照顺序穿孔；
6、从下面穿进去，再从上面穿出来；
7、根据鞋子的颜色选择谐和的鞋带；
8、多余的鞋带在内侧打结处理。
二、梯形结
1、调整鞋带两端长度后，从内到外拉出鞋带；
2、拉出来的鞋带，从外到里穿进第二孔；
3、左面的鞋带从右面两孔之间的鞋带下面穿出来，右面雷同；
4、反复操作；
5、注意两端的交叉鞋带方向；
6、多余的鞋带塞到鞋里面打结处理；
7、完成后的梯形结。
三、麻花结
1、两条鞋带在里面打结之后穿出来；
2、两条鞋带交叉之后从第二孔穿出来；
3、这时候为了尽量将交叉点居中，拉紧鞋带；
4、使交叉点居中的过程中产生麻花的样子；
5、麻花结放大的图片；
6、留下最后的孔；
7、最后用X开明来处理，这样穿脱比较方便；
8、剩下的鞋带放在鞋子里面一起打结处理。
四、双直结
1、黄鞋带留下一段长度后从左面孔穿出来从右面孔穿进去；
2、按照虚线的方向穿鞋带；
3、调整鞋带，使其保持一字形不要卷起来；
4、多余的部分塞入鞋里面；
5、同样将白色鞋带留下一段在内侧后，在里面跟黄鞋带打结；
6、按照虚线的方向穿鞋带；
7、调整白鞋带使其在黄鞋带的上面；
8、多余的部分在鞋子内侧和黄鞋带一起打结处理。
五、内部X结
1、两端某事保持一致后，两端各从第二孔穿出来；
2、从（1）孔穿出进（2）孔，再从（3）孔穿出来；
3、反复（1）(2)(3)步骤（如图所示）；
4、某事的长度需要90-95CM，最后剩余如图所示的长度；

首先，我们要说一个“带环结”绑法。这个方法可以运用到不同的鞋带绑法过程中，让你能绑得更紧。
示范里，我将鞋带两侧的双环分别打在最高处，鞋带的其他部分按照正常的交叉方法穿好。为了完成这种“交互环”绑法，需要将每条鞋带末端从原鞋带孔穿回背面，在鞋面两侧分别形成一个小环状，如图所示。
然后将左侧鞋带末端穿到右侧的小环里，右侧鞋带末端穿到左侧的小环里。
鞋带两端稍微拉紧，让小环变小。接着用我们平时的方法将鞋带绑紧即可。因为多了这个“交互环”的过程，鞋带就能固定得更牢靠，不会再随便松动了。
